As one of SA's popular radio DJ's, does it bother you being recognised while on holiday?
I've never been recognized on holiday before... partly because most of the time, people don't know what I look like (that is until I speak) and because I tend to enjoy going to places that don't have too many people around.

Safiso Maggs: "Istanbul, Turkey. I was invited by LG as part of the South African media contingent to witness the launch of their new TV, Scarlet. Istanbul is a mosaic of vibrancy and the place is steeped in history.

Are you a bush baby, eco adventurer, extreme thrill-seeker, beach bandit, or five-star freak?
"Hmmm... It’s a tossup between beach bandit and bush baby. I like the beach when the water temperature is bearable (unlike Cape Town's Atlantic waters). I also enjoy taking sunset photos on the beach. Coming from the Lowveld, the bush is in my blood... so I reckon it would depend on my mood as to whether I splash about or sit around an African fire.

"Overlooking the Three Rondavels in Mpumalanga, munching braaied trout near a stream and stopping on the side of the road for a stretch and a quick bite to munch.

"Shoo... I'd love to visit Cyprus.
Your travel nightmare would have to be...
"Arriving at the airport only to find that you've lost your passport and have misplaced your wallet. But hang on, that's not much of a nightmare. I imagine a nightmare would amount to being caught up in a natural disaster.

"Travel through the Far East

"Being able to feel comfortable with your surroundings

Are you a walking holiday itinerary or a spontaneous relaxation rebel?
"I am a bit of both.

Have you had or made any mile-high club propositions?
"What??? Those toilets are way too small for me to even indulge in the thought.

"My girlfriend

"Don't place your expectations extraordinarily high... allow yourself some room to be surprised, and absorb the spirit of your destination.
