Hotspot of the week: Cape Town

The glorious Mother City has always held a special place in the hearts of travelling South Africans (and international travellers). It isn't hard to see why, really. A thriving CBD flanked by moutains, with excellent public transport, a plethora of places to stay ranging from cheap and central, to expensive and super-classy. Long Street, Green Point and Observatory offer excellent and varied night life, while the nearby Winelands present a peaceful escape from hectic daily lives. Throw in some of the world's most beautiful beaches stretching from Bantry Bay down along the entire False Bay coastline, and from the city up the west coast, and the city just gets even better.
