While I wouldn't really think of Fourways as a destination, I nonetheless enjoyed staying at the Montecasino Palazzo. The rooms weren't the biggest, but I suppose if you're staying here it doesn't really matter as there are plenty of activities. If you're travelling to Johannesburg for work, and especially if you're planning a lot of meetings, I'd definitely reccommend this hotel.
